Origin: Hulin Village, Fuding area, Fujian, China
Production: Pre-Chingming harvest, hand-picked a new bud from old bush of Da Bai tree at 600-800 M sea level. Layered on racks and withered for 2-3 days. Controlled at low oxidation degree. Dry at medium to high temperature. Not twisted, not rattled.
Taste Character: Fragrant dry leaves and infusion. Mellow but fresh. Delicate, smooth and soothing taste. Use tall glass to enjoy the needles floating & dancing through the water.
