Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays)
- You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
Shipping Methods & Rates
Hong Kong
- Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days – HKD50 (free over HKD1,000)
- Same Day Delivery: Available upon request – HKD200. Please WhatsApp us at +852 9162 0627 to arrange before placing your order.
International
- Asia: 5-8 business days – calculated at checkout based on destination (free over HKD3,000)
- Europe, USA, Canada & Australia: 7-14 business days – calculated at checkout based on destination (free over HKD3,000)
Packaging
- All teas are carefully packaged to preserve freshness and prevent damage during transit
- All tea wares are carefully packaged to avoid damage during transportation
- Premium gift packaging available as an option
Tracking
- Tracking numbers provided for all orders
Delivery Issues
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement
International Orders
- Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient
- Delivery times may vary due to customs processing
- Please check your country's regulations regarding tea imports
